Fraud warning

Our company takes every piece of information and every suspicion of fraudulent activity seriously. From time to time we identify companies and individuals using our name, or names similar to ours, without permission. This can confuse people and spread false information about our company and our services.

Why we publish this warning

Fraudsters imitate brands that people trust. The more a platform is talked about, the more attractive it becomes as a disguise. A fake "Spirit AI" costs you nothing to spot when you know what to check, and everything when you do not. This page exists to make the check easy, and to give you one address, [email protected], where anything suspicious can be reported and verified.

Clone companies

Clone firms copy a real company's name, logo, website design and even staff names to appear legitimate. They run adverts, send messages and make calls that look like ours. Their goal is always the same: to have you deposit money, or hand over identity details, through a channel we do not control.

If you suspect you are dealing with a clone using our brand, name or logo, do not share any personal information with them and notify us immediately by email at [email protected]. We work continuously to identify clone operations, but we are equally clear that some remain undetected for a period of time. You should always verify the legitimacy of any company you deal with online before sharing personal data or beginning any business relationship with it.

How to recognise an impostor

  • Check the address bar: our site is served only from the spirit-ai.org domain. Lookalike domains with extra words, hyphens or strange endings are not ours.
  • Check the sender: official email comes from [email protected]. Free mailbox addresses, or lookalike domains, are not us.
  • Question pressure: real staff do not threaten account closure, do not demand immediate transfers and do not ask for your password, one time codes or MoMo PIN.
  • Question generosity: messages promising bonuses for "verification" payments or guaranteed returns are frauds. We publish no such offers outside this site.

What we know and what we are not responsible for

We are aware of cases where our name and personal details have been misused for fraudulent purposes, in ways we cannot influence or control. While we sincerely regret the financial losses suffered by anyone affected, our company is not liable for fraudulent transactions carried out in our name by third parties. Reporting such cases to us helps us warn others and, where possible, support investigations.

If you have already paid or shared data

Act quickly. Stop all further payments. If you sent money through mobile money or a card, contact your provider immediately and ask what can be reversed. If you shared identity documents, tell us so we can flag attempts to use them on our platform, and consider a police report through the Cyber Security Authority channels. Then write to [email protected] with every detail you have: numbers, names, links, screenshots. You will not be the only target, and your report protects the next person.
