Getting started: your first steps on the platform

This guide takes you from an empty registration to a running strategy, one step at a time. After reading it you will be able to create your account, connect the platform to the market, set your analysis preferences and manage everything from the dashboard. No prior trading knowledge is assumed anywhere on this page.

Everything described here follows the same order you will meet in reality. If you registered already, jump straight to step 2. If you have not, the registration form on the account page takes about two minutes, and a personal manager calls you within 24 hours to walk through whatever this page leaves unclear.

1

Register your account

Fill in the registration form with your full name, email address and phone number. Choose a password you do not use anywhere else: a sentence of four or five unrelated words is both strong and memorable. Registration itself is free, with no monthly fee and no obligation to deposit.

Immediately after registering, turn on two step verification in the security section. It adds one small step at sign in and removes an entire category of trouble. Confirm your email address when the verification message arrives, and make sure the phone number you gave is one you can answer, because your personal manager will call it.

During the call, the manager confirms your identity against the details you entered, explains how the platform works and answers your questions before any money moves. You will also be asked to complete identity verification (KYC) by uploading a photo of your Ghana Card, passport or driving licence; the AML / KYC page explains exactly what happens with that document.

2

Connect to the market

Strategies execute through connections to external exchanges, established with API keys rather than with your exchange password; you never share your exchange login with anyone, including us. The dashboard's connection screen walks you through creating a key on the exchange side and pasting it here, and your manager can stay on the phone with you while you do it the first time.

When you create the key, grant the narrowest permissions that the strategy needs: read only to observe prices and balances, trade to open and close positions. Withdrawal permission is needed only in specific cases your manager will explain if they apply to you, and a key you are not using should be disabled. The connection status is always visible on the dashboard, and the platform alerts you if a connection drops.

3

Set your analysis and monitoring

Now you tell the platform what to watch. Choose the trading pairs and assets you want monitored, from cedi relevant FX and gold to the major digital assets the platform follows. Then set the conditions that matter to you: the amount each strategy may use, the timeframe it operates on, and how much exposure you accept in total.

Notifications are part of this step. Decide which events deserve to interrupt your day, such as a strategy pausing in high volatility or a login from a new device, and which simply belong in the monthly report. The platform's AI keeps watching the market around the clock, including the hours you are asleep; your job is to set the boundaries once, then review them, not to stare at charts.

4

Review and manage from the dashboard

The dashboard is where everything meets: your balance and its split between free and working funds, each strategy with its current status, the audit log of every event on your account, and the reports described below. Make a habit of two short visits a week rather than one long anxious one; calm reviewing beats constant watching.

From the dashboard you can pause or adjust a strategy, change your notification preferences, review active sessions, and request a withdrawal of your free funds at any time. Deposits arrive by MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, card or bank transfer, and the methods and timings are listed on the methods page. If anything on the screen confuses you, that is a question for your manager, not a reason to guess.

Important notes before you trade

No feature of the platform guarantees profit. Automated strategies follow rules without emotion, but markets can move against any rule, and you can lose part or all of the amount you invest. Past results of a strategy, and every illustrative projection including the figures from our calculator, describe possibilities, not promises. The full picture is in the Risk Disclosure, and your first deposit should be an amount whose loss would not change your life.

Decisions remain yours. The platform organises information and executes rules you approve; it does not know your rent, your school fees or your plans. Set your limits accordingly, write down the amount you are not prepared to lose beyond, and treat any month that approaches it as a signal to stop and reassess, not to deposit more.
