Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the Spirit AI website and the services connected to it. By using the site and creating an account you accept them. We keep them as short as clarity allows, but they are a legal document, so read them with the same care you would give any agreement involving your money.
1. The website and the services
Spirit AI is an informational and technology platform providing tools and content connected with trading in crypto assets and other financial instruments, including automated analysis and strategy execution features. The website presents the offer, collects registration requests and publishes documentation. Executing transactions is a matter for the licensed entities and providers behind the services, not for the informational site itself. The platform's analysis, reports and communications are informational; they are not investment advice, they are not recommendations to buy or sell any asset, and they are not guarantees of any investment outcome.
2. Eligibility and your account
You may register only if you are at least eighteen years old and legally capable of entering contracts. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide and for keeping your credentials confidential. One person, one account: registering several accounts, or using another person's identity, is a breach of these terms. Activity on your account is presumed to be yours, which is one more reason to protect it.
3. Permitted and prohibited use
You may use the site and services for their intended purpose: managing your account, running strategies with your own funds and learning from our published material. You may not use the site to violate any law; to transmit spam or unsolicited mass messages; to attempt unauthorised access to the platform, its accounts or its infrastructure, including probing, scanning and testing of vulnerabilities without our written permission; to infringe intellectual property rights; to distribute malicious software; or to interfere with other users' use of the service. We may suspend accounts used in breach of this section while the facts are established.
4. Registration data and marketing communication
When you submit the registration form, we use your details to contact you and to set up your account; a personal manager will normally call you within 24 hours. Promotional emails are sent only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. Service messages about security, your transactions and required actions are not marketing and cannot be switched off while the account is active.
5. Intellectual property
The Spirit AI name, logo, site design, texts, illustrations and software are our property or used under licence. You may read, print and share pages of this site for your own personal, non commercial use. Reproducing, copying or using the content, in whole or in part, for commercial purposes without written permission is not allowed. Exchange names referenced on the site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.
6. Third party links and services
The site references and links to third party services, including exchanges, payment providers and map services. Those links are provided for information and convenience. We do not control third party sites, we are not responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them is governed by their own terms. The presence of an exchange name in our market coverage is not a recommendation to use that exchange.
7. Risk acknowledgement
Trading crypto assets and other financial instruments involves substantial risk, including the loss of all capital invested. Automated strategies follow rules without emotion, but no rule removes market risk. Past performance, simulated results and illustrative projections do not guarantee future outcomes. You confirm that you use the service at your own decision and risk, that you have read the Risk Disclosure, and that you will not hold the platform responsible for losses arising from market movements.
8. No warranties
The site and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to keep the service accurate, current and available, we do not warrant that operation will be uninterrupted or error free, that analysis will be complete or timely, or that any particular result will follow from using the platform. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spirit AI is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost savings or data loss, arising from use of, or inability to use, the site and services. Our aggregate liability for direct losses, where it cannot be excluded, is limited to the fees you actually paid to the platform in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply to liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or to any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Spirit AI against claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the service, or your violation of any law or third party right through your use of the service. This clause does not shift to you any liability that would otherwise rest with us by law.
11. Changes, governing arrangements and contact
We may update these terms as the service evolves. The current version is always published on this page with its effective date; material changes are announced inside the dashboard before they take effect, and continued use after that date means acceptance. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
